KARTA ENDURANCE is built to help you win races, not to collect your data. Here, in plain terms, is exactly what we process — and everything we don't.
Every race session is saved locally, on your own computer (KartaData/sessions folder). These files never leave your machine: we don't receive them, store them, or have any access to them. You can view, move, or delete them yourself at any time.
plus whatever you choose to enter in the form (team name, circuit…). Used only to send your key, answer your questions, and receive your field feedback.
an encrypted, non-reversible fingerprint generated at activation. Used only to validate your license and prevent one key from being used on several machines. It tells us nothing about you or what you do.
Legal basis: performance of our trial relationship (issuing and validating your license). No payment details during the trial.
We keep your email and license for the duration of your trial and our relationship. On request, we delete everything. The machine fingerprint is erased together with the associated license.
Under the GDPR, you can at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing. One address for all of it: contact@karta-racing.com. We reply fast.
